Processing & Delivery

Processing begins after payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Shipping time is additional to processing time; arrival dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping Area

We deliver to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. Please check your full address, including unit number and ZIP Code, before checkout.

Tracking & Delivery Help

Shipment confirmation and tracking are emailed after dispatch. Allow one business day for tracking activity to appear. Weather, holidays, and carrier disruptions can affect delivery.

Contact us if tracking stops updating or your package is missing. For a delivery scan without a package, also check with your household, building staff, and local USPS office.

Address Corrections & Reshipment

Send corrections immediately; changes may become unavailable once processing starts. Returned or undeliverable packages may require a reshipping fee, which we will explain before arranging another delivery.
